OCE.12:4.6 - Return the enabled contribution and its limits

State what the leadership work enabled in the receiving episode, which needed contributions still lacked capable people or help, what the next episode showed and which assistance was still present. For any claim about agreement, performed contribution, capability or cultural continuation, state what required evidence is available and what is still missing.

Use OCE.10 to examine how the target working culture recurs. Use OCE.11 when the contribution competes with operating service for resources. When the leadership Method needs qualification or revision, use OCE.15 to specify the organization-change contribution and Method Engineering to qualify the proposed way of doing.

Ordinary use can be a brief conversation and an observable next action. Assessing capability requires the relevant professional evidence and A.2.2; a causal-effect claim uses C.28, and a claim about cultural continuation uses C.36. For a precise claim about a dated Work occurrence, establish the performer basis under A.13 and the occurrence under A.15.1. Ground that claim in evidence of performance, not only a participant roster or written plan.
