OCE.13:7 - Conformance Checklist

  • The receiving decision, arrangement, affected organization, timing and decision-changing questions are explicit.
  • The chosen consequences follow the contribution and affected parties rather than a compulsory metric panel.
  • Subjects, eligible episodes, windows, conditions, measurement procedures and comparison basis are recoverable.
  • Reports, observations, interpretations, uncertainty and missing evidence retain their different meanings.
  • Relevant gains, losses, transferred burdens and subgroup differences remain visible.
  • Live rival explanations are addressed to the degree needed by the receiving use; causal claims have separately qualified support.
  • Professional, privacy and protection conditions remain with their actual owners.
  • The return supplies a usable comparison or a clearly identified plan/gap, its limits and the next decision or observation question.
