OCE.13:9 - Consequences

The practitioner obtains a result that can support a specific next decision without concealing displaced work or overstating causation. A useful local contrast can survive an unresolved wider question, and a missing observation becomes an actionable request rather than a vague demand for more study.

The cost is explicit comparability and source work. Some results arrive later than the decision window or remain inaccessible. The appropriate response may be a narrower claim, a bounded observation or an authorized precaution supplied by another owner.
