Timely responseA loss may need action before its full causal mechanism is known, while unsupported intervention can make it worse.
Preservation and changeA bounded repair can retain a useful contribution, while too narrow a repair can leave the defeated premise untouched.
AuthorityA legitimate owner can change one relation, but cannot silently change another owner’s commitments or protections.
Continuing serviceTransition and learning consume resources already committed to operating work.
RecoveryReversal can limit loss, but people, access, providers and obligations may have changed since the earlier arrangement.
