OCE.16:12 - Relations

  • ME.6 in the current Method Engineering Principles Framework owns Method and candidate-account co-use comparison, including relation-only arrangements with unchanged Methods. OCE.16 supplies a qualified cross-change input and per-change return.
  • C.32.MWA owns prospective practice-architecture synthesis after relevant structures and subjects are selected.
  • OCE.4, OCE.5, and OCE.6 own contribution-design, position, assignment, and enabling-relation results. OCE.7 owns paired product/service and organization architecture decisions.
  • OCE.8 owns whole same-result arrangement comparison and its choice, probe, rejection, or reroute result.
  • OCE.15 supplies a compatible named-use Method/repertoire result. OCE.16 does not repair or admit it.
  • The current Operations Management Principles Framework supplies currently available operating results. A.15 supplies general Work distinctions and decisions. C.11 and direct domain governors own choices.
  • Use OCE.11 for its change/service-coexistence Method; OCE.16 does not supply that Method’s actual result. Use OCE.13 to compare wider organization-change consequences, OCE.14 to revise an organization relation within its authority and effectivity limits, and OCE.17 to examine continuation of OCE practice. These are optional returns for their own questions, not substitutes for the direct owner of the current cross-change result. A missing service, Strategy, Governance, Administration, HCD, safety, legal, finance, security, procurement, or provider result stays missing until its direct owner returns it.
