OCE.16:7 - Conformance Checklist

  • Each change, subject, status, owner, scope, result, next decision, and window is independently identified.
  • One named organizational alteration is connected to one consequential action or decision, not merely to coincident dates.
  • Participant accounts, facts, relations, expected consequences, proposals, interpretations, and decisions remain distinct.
  • Recognition is cheap and assurance is specific to the claimed use and result.
  • The selected Method answers the required question under the stated conditions; its result owner is identified before substantive alternatives are compared.
  • ME.6 owns Method/candidate-account co-use, including unchanged-Method relation-only arrangements.
  • OCE.16 makes no architecture selection, compatibility judgment, authorization, acceptance, readiness, priority, or capacity decision.
  • Every affected change receives the governed result or exact missing result; unaffected Work keeps its current basis.
  • A direct exit is used when the dependency is absent or already answered.
  • The result requires no universal inventory, fixed project/process/case schema, dashboard, programme hierarchy, or new persistent artifact.
