OCE.16:8 - Common Anti-Patterns and How to Avoid Them

Anti-patternRepair
“Put every initiative in the reconciliation matrix.”Begin from one alteration and one plausible consequential consumer; stop when no decision changes.
“These two plans use different language, so they conflict.”Recover the actual subjects, relations, action, condition, and window before asserting dependency.
“OCE.16 selects the combined arrangement.”Route Method/candidate-account synthesis to ME.6 and organization relations to their direct OCE or domain owners.
“The programme owner can waive the missing access.”Obtain the actual permission, authority, provider, security, or other direct result.
“The person has capacity across the quarter.”Inspect the consequential action windows, assignment, access, authority, burden, and support.
“Migration is complete, so old support can end.”Return the direct relation result to every change that still consumes the condition.
“The dashboard is green, therefore the changes are compatible.”Treat the display as a carrier; recover the evidence, decision, and actual relations it describes.
“Create a new coordination body for every interaction.”Use the existing owners and Methods; establish a new organization relation only through its direct design and authority results.
