OCE.16:9 - Consequences

A practitioner can discover an interaction before one change removes another’s premise, challenge an alleged inconsistency without dismissing the participant, reach the correct direct Method, and preserve the result across local change boundaries. Several authorities and unlike structures remain visible.

The cost is a bounded qualification effort and an honest possibility of no result. Participants and owners must expose exact actions, windows, evidence, and authority. The Method can end with an unsupported dependency, a missing fact, or an unavailable owner result rather than a harmonized plan.
