OCE.17:7 - Conformance Checklist

  • A named operative OCE move is recovered from a real or explicitly constructed work episode and compared with its Method or declared variant.
  • The practitioner and case scope is explicit; a population is not silently made one capability holder.
  • Transmission, recognition, opportunity, enactment and retention are distinguished where they can change the explanation.
  • Competing source, interpretation, access, support, recognition, capability and Method-fit explanations receive the evidence their use needs.
  • The selected retention or intervention is within actual authority, participation, professional and protection conditions.
  • Performed work and later observations are distinguished from proposals, attendance and missing opportunities.
  • Learning, transfer, causal effect and population-wide continuation are claimed only with their separately qualified evidence.
  • The result names its usable scope, exact gaps, direct returns and an observation or source change that would reopen it.
