Anti-patternBetter move
“Nobody uses the old term, so the practice is lost.”Recover the action and receiving result across changed words and tools.
“Run the same course for every non-user.”Distinguish misunderstanding, opportunity, support, recognition and Method fit before selecting learning work.
“The workshop restored our culture.”Inspect later suitable cases and state exactly what their evidence supports.
“Everyone must use our form.”Judge the operative OCE result; preserve a different form that makes the necessary relation recoverable.
“The group selected it, so it will be retained.”Observe copying and continued use separately from the intervention decision.
“The practice should survive indefinitely.”Reconsider its usefulness and conditions; return a defective or obsolete move to Method Engineering through OCE.15.
