OPS.12:9 - Consequences

Human conditions become explicit inputs to an operating choice. The service plan can use qualified relief, reduced demand or a different arrangement before hidden burden appears as delay, rework or loss of support. For personal work with an unknown recovery arrangement, a bounded trial can supply a provisional basis for the next commitment instead of assuming that every empty hour is usable.

A feasible intervention may reduce near-term completions or require additional resources. Participant inquiry and observation also consume time. Focusing on the actual choice and using existing evidence limits that effort while preserving necessary protection.
