Urgency and commercial pressure can make a desired date feel like an established promise. Read back the result and conditions to the actual parties, and distinguish an offer from their agreement.

Resource counts also favor what is easy to see: rooms, machines or generated drafts. Follow the binding skill, acceptance and time conditions before describing the service as feasible. Preserve the interests of recipients whose existing work would be displaced.
