OPS.13:7 - Conformance Checklist

CheckEvidence sufficient for the declared use
The service has a recoverable meaning.Parties, recipient, eligible demand, accepted result, time basis, level and conditions are clear.
Existing obligations remain visible.Affected commitments and the authority to revise them can be identified.
Capacity is usable for this service.Resources, capability, windows, sequence, dependencies and protected conditions support the plan.
Uncertainty matches the claim.Scenario conclusions stay within their cases; probability claims have an appropriate forecasting basis.
The result is an actual decision or a clear gap.Acceptance, refusal, requested revision or unresolved input is distinguished from the internal plan.
Change can be handled in time.Observations and response points preserve a useful choice before the promise fails.
