OPS.20:12 - Relations

C.20 supplies the current Discipline result when one is needed. C.36 governs the general cultural-evolution case, including generation, transmission, recognition, selection, memory, retention, loss, and intervention distinctions. ME.17 supplies the general admitted-Method and candidate branches, testable-predicate intervention route, rival hypotheses, authorization boundary, interval observations, and bounded return. OPS.20 adds the Operations practitioner population, exact operating input, operating authority, service and reliability conditions, consequences, and repertoire return.

OPS.16 may supply an admitted local Method variant with its exact relied-on description and bounded evidence, or a status-preserved candidate-account or observed-practice variation. OPS.20 independently supports its population, predicate and receiving decision; any intervention, needed authority or later observation has its own basis. OPS.17 may supply current repertoire and lineage claims; a listed school, edition or repertoire entry proves no enactment or culture. OPS.19 may supply a candidate practice variation or consequence; every cultural claim remains independent.

OPS.12, OPS.13, OPS.14, OPS.15, and OPS.18 retain human-condition, service, financial, account, quality, and reliability questions when those consequences change the decision. An actual OCE.11 result may supply obtaining simultaneous-Work conditions; a plan or possible-future arrangement does not.

A.3.1 and A.3.2 govern Method and MethodDescription status. A.13 and A.15.1 govern actual performers and Work. A.6.RCD and conditionally A.6.REL govern the bounded relation claim and occurrence identity. A.10, C.16, C.27, and C.28 retain evidence, measurement, time, and causal questions. B.5 and B.5.2 govern durable hypotheses and consequences. C.11.DUA appraises a questionable inquiry demand, including design and whole burden; C.11 governs an already formed bounded choice. A.22 and C.30 apply only when a selected structure or architecture claim changes the decision. None is activated merely because a cultural-intervention account names the subject.
