PSD.14:12 - Relations

  • PSD.13 supplies the recommendation’s receiving decision, conditions, dissent, gaps and reopen basis. It supplies no evidence that the later decision or implementation occurred.
  • PSD.16 supplies only a constraint that changes follow-up design. This pattern still generates and compares its own alternatives.
  • PSD.3–PSD.4 receive a materially changed formulation or boundary question; PSD.5 and PSD.8–PSD.12 receive only the affected model, candidate, value, uncertainty, consequence or robustness question. Availability does not imply that every contributor must run again.
  • A.10 qualifies one reliance use; A.15.9 obtains a bounded external result; A.10.1 discovers and revalidates affected receiving uses of a changed source when its several-use condition holds. G.11 governs currentness and scoped refresh planning/reporting, not the new domain result.
  • A.22 governs a selected-structure claim when made. It does not establish the proposed arrangement, participant assignment, observation, decision or effectiveness from a representation.
  • A.2.9, C.11 and direct domain authority distinguish actual authorization, recipient choice and their records. A.15.2 and A.15.1 distinguish intended from performed Work; causal claims retain their direct evidence requirements.
  • PSD.15 may use this bounded follow-up evidence when it can change a repertoire decision under the relevant conditions. Evidence neither authorizes nor entails the repertoire result.
  • Strategy-direction follow-up, domain operations and professional service management retain their direct owners. A STR.12 result may be considered only when its exact subject, claims, authority, evidence and effective conditions fit; no strategy framework is a blanket prerequisite.
  • An unavailable, stale, out-of-scope or incompatible input requires a qualified direct result or the exact missing-result return. A profile, pattern body or available Method is not an actual observation or decision.
