PSD.3:7 - Conformance Checklist

  • Every formulation concerns the same bounded subject and receiving use, or the identity change is returned to PSD.1.
  • Material participants and concerns from PSD.2 are used as inputs without being treated as proof or settlement.
  • Each retained formulation changes at least one boundary, evidence need, model, alternative family, value treatment, or receiving-use consequence.
  • Sources, assumptions, exclusions, uncertainty, and intervention logic are visible.
  • Causal, evaluative, legal, ethical, safety, and authority claims retain their direct assurance.
  • The set is not ranked, selected, synthesized, or converted into a decision by this pattern.
  • The stopping rule prevents both decorative plurality and endless reframing.
  • Missing premises produce a gap, narrowed claim, request, blocker, or abstention.
  • The result can feed PSD.4, PSD.5, PSD.8, or PSD.16 without imposing a universal traversal order.
