PSD.7:6 - Bias-Annotation

Scope: facilitated inquiry that supports a bounded receiving decision without owning it. Lenses: Gov separates participation, representation, consent, and choice; Onto/Epist separates claim meaning, support, evidence, and occurrence; Prag seeks usable closure; Arch preserves dependencies on unresolved claims; Did makes contested meanings recognizable.

Consensus bias treats a quiet room as a successful outcome. Sponsor bias gives one formulation privileged status. Attribution bias extends one representative’s statement to a population. Conflict-avoidance bias weakens an objection until it no longer changes the result. Counter these by checking the exact proposed return with its holders and preserving each material disagreement’s practical consequence.
