RHY.13:12 - Relations

HCD.12 and HCD.13 supply human transfer, retention and support-comparison methods. E.23.CDI preserves capability-holder and development distinctions. RHY.2 and RHY.5–RHY.6 recover needed structure and representation inputs; RHY.9–RHY.11 supply performing arrangements and coordination. RHY.12 receives a human practice need; RHY.14 supplies observation and response methods. C.11.DUA governs whether further checking can change the decision enough to justify its burden.
