RHY.3:4.4 - Test continuation under the needed variation
Include the following action, not only the accent. Try the range of timing, intensity or direction needed for the current use. A variant that works only once from rest may not support repeated performance.
When another participant relies on the cue, include that participant’s response. A camera view or the performer’s own feeling may not reveal the needed result. When the continuous contribution belongs to another performer or a controller, preserve its ability to respond and recover; coordination between contributors then matters as much as the local movement.
Select a viable combination, retain alternatives with different costs, or state the incompatibility. A different division of work, instrument or technique may be necessary. Use further tests only for uncertainties that can change that choice.
