STR.15:11 - SoTA-Echoing

What is the useful unit of a strategy-culture question? Adopt C.36’s current relation-based cultural account rather than a vocabulary survey or a single culture score. Sections 4.1–4.3 distinguish variation, transmission, enactment, recognition, selection and memory only where they change the answer. C.36’s contemporary cultural-evolution synthesis also keeps mediating systems and their selection effects visible; using a platform does not itself establish a cultural result.

The pattern addresses loss of reasoning, alternatives and criticism between people and tools because it can alter strategic practice. Sections 4.3, 4.6 and case 5.1 explain that contribution. The serious alternative is preserving the current arrangement or repairing access or description when that is the actual gap, rather than launching a broad culture programme.

What can a deliberate intervention establish? Keep C.36’s distinction between project choice and distributed cultural change. Sections 4.4–4.5 require separate support for performance, changed relations, persistence and effects. This guidance informs the account and intervention question; it does not empirically validate SensorCo’s proposed discussion change. Reopen the bounded conclusion when the population, receiving use, recognition arrangement, source conditions or observed continuation materially changes.
