STR.15:4.4 - Compare feasible ways to influence the named relation

Compare keeping the arrangement, a narrow change, a branch for a different situation and stopping a burdensome intervention where those are meaningful alternatives. Name the relation each proposal would change and the work required to change it.

Possible actions include demonstrating how a qualified rival changes a real decision, preserving an objection with its receiving premise, changing discussion time, improving access to relevant reasoning, or changing what a decision holder explicitly recognizes. These are possibilities, not a standard programme.

For each proposal compare its attainable contribution, evidence, whole cost, delay, participant burden, exposure, displaced work and reversibility. Include the effort of designing the intervention before treating it as a freely available option. Further observation is selected under C.11.DUA only when it can improve the receiving decision enough to warrant that burden.

Establish the actual authority, participation, access and protection needed for a chosen intervention. A strategy team does not gain permission to alter employment recognition, disclose private discussions or impose extra participant work merely by naming culture as the subject. Use the applicable domain conditions.
