STR.8:2 - Problem

Strategy presentations connect boxes labelled “customer value”, “AI platform” and “skills” but leave the obtaining relations implicit. A product may permit rapid change while the organization cannot authorize, accept or support that change. A trained participant may still lack access; an available tool may still need a capable user and a funded exception response.

The reverse mistake treats every gap as a need for large-scale transformation. The actual constraint may be one support-window agreement or a small improvement in how a result is accepted. Unnecessary development consumes resources without improving the contribution.
