STR.8:4.5 - Return supported feasibility or a precise dependency
Return the contribution, the supported relations that make it possible, and the first missing conditions that can change the strategy. State what can continue independently and which dependent commitment remains unavailable.
Ask the supplying practice for its smallest useful result. The request should name the contribution, subject, configuration, receiving use, horizon and limit that matter, not demand completion of an entire sibling framework. Use an available qualified direct result even when no published framework covers that practice.
After the result returns, update only the affected direction, option or commitment. A supported capability under one configuration remains qualified by that configuration; a successful demonstration with unusual assistance does not establish ordinary delivery without it.
Stop when the strategic comparison has the feasibility answer it needs or the external gap is known. Reopen when the contribution, participant, means, permitted use, support or shared resource condition changes enough to alter that answer.
