HCD.16:7 - Conformance Checklist

• The bounded repertoire use, decision owner and authority, population, later Work, qualification window, and protected consequences are explicit.
• One exact admitted Method or status-preserved candidate and one decision-changing HCD claim are named.
• Method Engineering supplies the status, semantics or other result needed by this bounded judgement; unrelated ME evaluations are not prerequisites.
• Assisted, unassisted, changed-support, same-job, unfamiliar-transfer, other-Work, delayed, provider, and organization evidence states remain distinct where material.
• Source population, task, comparator, measure, horizon, support, provider, causal, and currentness limits travel with the claim.
• Serious alternatives and the smallest contradiction or missing evidence are compared without a global Method score.
• The result states the strongest supported use and limits, any unresolved comparison or real protection stop, and any selected change. further probe requires an obtainable, worthwhile contribution with full burden, access, protection, stop and response conditions.
• Candidate status is preserved; adoption and retirement do not change universal Method status.
• G.5, G.11, ME, clinical, target-domain, safety, provider, and authority questions are returned only when their own entry conditions obtain.
