HCD.20:9 - Consequences
The comparison can justify a group, modify it or remove it while preserving the learning purpose. Different activities can use different sizes and support. Hidden demands become visible before an apparently scalable offer is expanded.
The method requires enough task detail to estimate interaction and qualified help. Some useful differences in people are difficult to observe cheaply, and anticipated participation may fail. Retain these uncertainties and viable recovery options. Reopen the comparison when the action, entrants, contact, material access, available window or observed contribution materially changes.
