HCD.8:6 - Bias-Annotation

Lenses: Gov, Arch, Onto/Epist, Prag, Did. Scope: obtaining or building one missing provider or enabling contribution for a bounded capability-development use.

Recurring biasLikely driftRepair
train-everyone biasEvery provider is sent through a common programme whether a contribution is missing or not.Start from one HCD.7 gap and accept qualified existing contributions as stops.
asset-readiness biasMaterials, credentials, allocated hours, or installed software are called operational.Observe the contribution on a representative case under service conditions.
internal-build biasLocal capacity is preferred without comparing delay, evidence, risk, and continuity.Compare obtain and build routes on the current contribution and window.
title-competence biasReputation, occupation, or contract is taken as contribution-specific capability.Test fit and operation for the exact provider task.
generic-enablement biasA diagram arrow hides the relation or direct result needed from another owner.Name the exact blocking dependency and use its subject practice.
infinite-recursion biasEvery support dependency triggers another full build.Stop at available qualified contributions, optional branches, or a truthful unsupported result.
same-example biasRepeating the training example is treated as operating discrimination.Test a new representative case when adaptation or judgement is required.
service-effect biasSuccessful provider operation is reported as learner capability or programme effectiveness.Keep provider operation, learner receipt, learner attempt, transfer, and retention separate.
