HCD.8:7 - Conformance Checklist

  • The exact HCD.7 gap or equivalent missing contribution, blocked use, recipient, conditions, and consequence are explicit.
  • An existing qualified provider or environment is considered before a build is selected.
  • Obtain and build routes are compared on result fit, time, burden, risk, authority, continuity, and operating evidence.
  • A human provider’s own target task is distinct from the learner’s later-Work target.
  • Non-human environment, platform, tool, safety, privacy, legal, and operating claims come from their direct owners.
  • Recursion follows only an exact blocking dependency and stops at the first available qualified result or truthful unsupported return.
  • Preparation, design, materials, credentials, hours, and installed assets remain preliminary until the contribution operates.
  • The operating test uses representative inputs, criteria, protected errors, timing, load, handoffs, support, access, and failure signals.
  • A changed or unfamiliar case is used when discrimination or adaptation is part of the provider task.
  • The result states the exact contribution, qualification, limits, fallback, continuation, and smallest reopen condition.
  • HCD.7 receives only the availability result it needs; provider-development, service-operation, and learner-effect evidence are not conflated.
  • No provider, environment, programme, learner, transfer, or retention conclusion exceeds the observed conditions.
