HCD.9:7 - Conformance Checklist

  • The holder, later-Work target, selected Method, representative task, practice focus, criteria, and receiving use are explicit.
  • Required providers, access, support, correction opportunity, retry boundary, and safe stop are available.
  • The first attempt is preserved before answer-bearing help when independent action is part of the purpose.
  • Intended, permitted, available, and actually received help remain distinct.
  • Observation names a changeable action and does not turn one error into a stable trait.
  • Feedback identifies the relevant attempt, criterion, useful part, error or uncertainty, and next learner action.
  • Feedback timing follows the purpose, risk, consequence, and value of the first response rather than a universal rule.
  • The learner’s correction is distinct from the provider’s demonstration, answer, or AI output.
  • The retry tests the affected requirement and changes a decision-bearing condition when rule use must be exposed.
  • Previously supported requirements are preserved unless the new response contradicts them or makes them material again.
  • Unresolved independent gaps receive an exact continuation rather than hidden extra time or an aggregate pass.
  • The disposition remains bounded to episode conditions and makes no unsupported causal, capability, transfer, or retention claim.
