MKT.12:7 - Conformance Checklist

  • The receiving decision, live alternatives and answer condition are recoverable.
  • Existing sufficiency, ordinary information gathering and non-routine inquiry remain distinct possible outcomes.
  • The selected people, activity, period and evidence can answer the declared question at the strength claimed. Outcome comparison includes a challenge for omitted parts of the activity and a decision-relative sufficiency or unresolved return.
  • Result investigation, choice history, experience observation and causal evaluation are not silently substituted for each other.
  • Contrary evidence, relevant missing cases, participant burden and conditions of data use can change the inference or next action.
  • A named recipient receives the answer, its limits and an actionable continuation or stop.
