MKT.13:5.3 - A ready artifact changes what remains to be learned

An AI-assisted team can produce an impressive prototype immediately. That artifact may be useful for explaining an offer, but its existence does not establish customer need, purchasing feasibility, the team’s ability to operate the service or its economics. The team returns to the consequential untested claim and chooses an appropriate inquiry or trial. It keeps the artifact where useful and changes the means of learning when the artifact no longer discriminates the relevant possibilities.
