MKT.2:9 - Consequences

The customer can assess a proposal whose meaning and conditions are inspectable, and the provider has a more precise request for the work needed to fulfil it. Construction can reveal that the offer should become smaller, be directed elsewhere or not be made. Coordination and testing cost effort; an existing suitable offer remains the cheaper choice when no material uncertainty changes its use.
