MKT.3:11 - SoTA-Echoing
For intelligibility, adapt the alternatives-and-value construction in Dunford’s positioning guide, 2021, with the 2025 distinction between preference and exclusion. It improves message construction when a familiar category implies an unavailable capability. It does not select a universally best channel or establish that an intelligible message causes acquisition; an existing suitable explanation is cheaper when the comparison is settled.
For the teachable distinction in §5.2, adapt the original-versus-promotional-rewrite contrast in the source discussion, using HCD.6.1’s developed construction and action-changing second example. This gives a bounded learning task instead of promising a fixed number of repetitions or general resistance to influence. Reconsider the exercise when the actual mistake or receiving use changes.
For the whole communication attempt, synthesize these contributions with MKT.12’s decision-specific evidence and the actual response operation. A distribution-only account leaves meaning and continuation unanswered. The additional work is warranted when either can change the result.
