MKT.4:5.1 - A user wants the trial; the organisation is not yet ready

In a stipulated Vector case, a reporting operator understands the bounded file-mapping offer from MKT.2. Purchasing can decide only at the next spending window, and the access owner has not approved a sample. Calling the organisation ready would hide two independent conditions.

The marketer explains the fixed trial scope and its end to purchasing, asks the access owner for the permitted-sample decision, and obtains the service owner’s available window. The sample decision and purchasing preparation can proceed independently, but actual use requires both the agreed acquisition conditions and permitted data. The operator keeps the existing reporting procedure until the trial supplies an inspected alternative.

The first useful result is a conditional, scheduled choice with known recipients and return conditions. When the necessary answers arrive favourably, the ordinary acquisition completes and the service owner receives the agreed scope. If they do not, the marketer can offer a feasible later window or accept no trial now. A higher response rate to reminders would not settle the missing conditions.
