MKT.4:4.6 - Reopen the affected choice when conditions change

Check a newly changed prerequisite before acting on a previously valid choice. A different price, unavailable support, revised access rule or altered customer goal can require renewed comparison or agreement. Preserve valid decisions and fulfilled obligations; a new promotional programme does not cancel an existing supply commitment.

When learning about one transition exposes a recurring market difference, return it to MKT.1. When misunderstanding recurs across cases, repair the offer through MKT.2. A local payment-system failure goes to its operating owner. The result determines the return, not a compulsory sales-stage order.
