MKT.5:6 - Bias-Annotation
Providers readily notice the contacts they own and the survey answers they can count. Start from the receiving activity to expose external conditions and the customer’s own effort. Avoid assuming that the most intense, novel or immediately pleasant response is the most useful one. Ask whose experience the chosen evidence represents and what a different moment of observation could change.
