MKT.6:10 - Architectural Rationale

Useful results arise in the customer’s activity through several contributions, including the customer’s own work. A marketing relationship can help identify and connect those contributions, but it cannot make them exist through an outcome statement. Keeping goal formation before the promise allows the offer itself to change when its original premise was mistaken.

The same method supports later revision because useful goals and feasible supports can change independently of a product’s availability. Acquisition, learning, operating work and relationship continuation therefore remain distinct contributions with explicit receiving uses.
