MKT.6:11 - SoTA-Echoing
For relating an offer to broader and nearer customer goals, adapt Becker, Jaakkola and Halinen, 2020, §§6–7. The selected contribution places customer activity, several providers and the person’s own work inside the account of goal pursuit. It improves a provider-only sequence, while its particular empirical setting does not establish one universal hierarchy of goals or authorize intervention in another person’s life.
For joint goal identification and operationalization, adapt the Goal framing treatment in Customer success management, 2025. The selected qualitative B2B account, weighted toward SaaS settings, supports asking how customer and provider identify and revise goals together. Its assumptions about willingness to collaborate limit the transfer; performance effects and universal applicability are not established by that account. A narrow agreed service is preferable when wider collaboration is unnecessary or unwanted.
For the missing construction before a promise, adopt the DOCA.3/4 contributions and join them with the actual capability and operating work. They make the problem, alternative direction and supports inspectable instead of treating “agree on success” as a complete instruction. Reopen the selected direction when the customer’s goal, required work or available support changes.
