MKT.8:4.5 - Select an intervention, inquiry or justified non-change

Locate a change the responsible people can actually make. Describe the failed connection and compare suitable alternatives: revise the explanation, change an interface, obtain an approval, arrange help, alter supply, narrow the offer or leave an adequate arrangement in place. Include the customer’s effort and the burden moved to other contributors.

Name the receiving method and result. MKT.3 can change communication and its response path; MKT.4 can make a choice or transition feasible; MKT.5 can align the experience conditions; MKT.6 can reshape the useful result and its support. MKT.11 coordinates the required contributions. Use the located problem and its supporting evidence to make the needed change with the selected method and responsible contributors.

If a consequential cause or condition remains unknown, return a focused question instead of an intervention presented as a known remedy. If the decision requires a causal or resource comparison, MKT.10 develops it. An adequate map can also support retaining the existing arrangement when the apparent defect disappears under a better account.
