C.36 supplies the cultural-evolution and intervention distinctions. This pattern retains the professional participation, interpretation, uncertainty and decision-return question. C.36.P can restore cultural wording when a label still hides the relied-on subject or relation.
PSD.15 supplies qualified repertoire evidence or a variant only when it changes the cultural-continuation decision. It neither entails nor authorizes that decision; absent or incompatible input leaves the exact link unproved.
PSD.16 supplies qualified local arrangement evidence or a variant under the same condition. A resolved conflict is not proof of transmission, receiving enactment, selection, retention or effect.
PSD.6 retains engagement-level Method selection; PSD.7–PSD.14 retain participation, comparison, recommendation and follow-up results. Cultural work returns only a changed question to its direct owner.
A.13 and A.15.1 qualify actual performers and dated Work; F.6 applies only to a separately needed assignment-bound attribution. A.3.1 and A.3.2 distinguish the Method from its description or a candidate.
C.11 supplies a formed bounded choice; B.5, B.5.2, A.3.3 and C.28 govern the actual hypothesis, dynamics or causal question when needed. A.3.4 and the direct Work-to-change or effect relation govern their own claims.
A.15.9 obtains an exact missing practice result; A.10, A.10.1 and G.11 apply to the bounded reliance, affected uses and currentness questions. Missing evidence does not create a whole-language prerequisite.
