RHY.9:4.3 - Make the information usable before the dependent action

Trace the needed relation from cue production through availability and interpretation to preparation and the receiving event. A cue may announce a future event; waiting for that event’s sound would provide different information at a different time. RHY.4 helps distinguish the physical event from the moment or feature the receiver uses.

For a controller or a measured arrangement, compare available advance time with the applicable delivery and preparation times. Include variation where it matters. If the receiver can prepare and wait for a known target time, enough advance information can solve a problem that reacting to the final attack cannot.

For ordinary rehearsal, a clear preparatory gesture followed by a short joint trial may answer the question without timing measurements. Seek a delay estimate only when its possible values would change the arrangement. A precise command timestamp alone does not establish when the action or usable cue occurs.
