MKT.13:2 - Problem

A prototype, enthusiastic interview or exceptional sale may establish something useful while leaving most of the commercial arrangement untested. The founder may supply reputation, custom work or access that ordinary staff cannot reproduce. Increasing promotion can then multiply unresolved delivery problems rather than a viable service.

Treat the model as connected claims about obtaining customers, supplying a useful result and sustaining that supply. Examine the consequential uncertain claim under conditions relevant to the intended deployment. Use the resulting evidence to retain, change or bound the arrangement, preserving ordinary work and existing commitments during the search.
