MKT.14:4.3 - Construct the reusable contribution and its permitted adaptations
Recover what can be prepared once: a supported explanation, demonstration, method of diagnosing fit, a reusable service contribution, or preparation of the participating teams. Specify the result, conditions and audience that make it transferable. Remove identifying customer information unless its use is permitted and appropriate for the receiving purpose.
Then name what remains local. Customer work, input samples, permitted uses, benefit, price, timing, responsible participants and stopping conditions may differ even when the demonstration is shared. Build an adaptation that preserves these differences instead of hiding them in a nominally personalised greeting.
Use MKT.2 and MKT.6 to obtain the supported offer and useful result. MKT.9 selects a suitable variant or obtains the missing service construction. Shared preparation cannot supply an absent technical or organisational contribution.
Prepare the people and means that will use the common contribution. They need to recognise where it fits, adapt it, answer the relevant questions and return an exception they cannot resolve. Account for learning, rehearsal, access and later updates. A reusable file on a shared drive does not establish any of these results.
