MKT.4:4.5 - Complete the selected action and pass on what was agreed

When a suitable option is understood and its necessary conditions hold, make the selected action possible through the ordinary acquisition route. Supply the correct quotation, authorisation contact, payment or scheduling step and confirmation of the actual result. Remove a duplicate request when the needed fact is already available and usable.

Pass the delivery recipient the contribution and terms actually selected: scope, conditions, customer and provider work, timing, support and unresolved matters. Confirm that the recipient can use that information. A booked call is not a contract; an order is not delivery; payment is not achieved usefulness. Preserve these distinctions where they change what follows.

If the customer declines, record only the useful reason and permitted future contact condition, if any. If a decision is deferred, state the event or missing result that could reopen it. A purchasing window may warrant a later return; an unsuitable contribution requires a changed offer. Repeated reminders do not supply either change.
