MKT.6:2 - Problem

A provider can assume that purchase reveals the customer’s goal and that product use proves success. Yet the purchaser may seek a lower fee, the user less repeated work, and the manager more dependable completion. The proposed service may contribute to one of these while increasing another person’s burden. A customer may also seek a wider change that no single supplier can deliver.

Construct a meaningful receiving result with the relevant people before turning it into a promise. Connect the agreed contribution to access, the customer’s own work, capability, assistance and other providers. Use actual progress and changed goals to continue, revise, narrow or end the arrangement.
