MKT.6:4.5 - Continue from evidence of progress and the current goal
Choose observation and contact points where a result could change the next move: first meaningful use, a known difficult step, a relevant work cycle or a reported exception. The timing follows the activity rather than a universal schedule of compulsory meetings. Observe whether the agreed contributions occurred, what changed in the receiving activity and how the participants now judge its usefulness.
Distinguish failure to supply a condition from inability to perform, a mistaken contribution and a changed goal. If access was never obtained, more reminders to use the product are unlikely to help. If access and competent use occurred but the result is unsuitable, reopen the contribution or goal. If the result is useful but maintaining it requires unsupported work, change the arrangement before scaling it.
Use OPS.6 when a concrete case needs an executable continuation or a precise unmet condition. Use a progress record as evidence only for the claims supported by its observations and source. Use MKT.10 only when the decision depends on the intervention’s causal contribution or costs; a useful observed outcome does not establish that the provider alone caused it.
