MKT.6:4.6 - Reframe, narrow or close the contribution when conditions change

When the goal changes, return to the affected connection. Reconsider the contribution, support and promise, not automatically every earlier inquiry. Obtain agreement for changed work and limits. A newly important result can call for another provider or a different customer group; return those consequences to MKT.1/2/5/11 as appropriate.

Conclude with the useful result achieved and its evidence, a feasible next contribution, an explicitly limited result, or a justified pause or ending. Name remaining work and obligations so that a completed supplier deliverable does not imply that the wider goal has been fulfilled. MKT.7 handles the relationship decision. A good ending may be the correct result when the provider’s contribution is complete or no longer appropriate.
